
Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Reports to:
Facility Maintenance Manager
Full-Time Position
M-F (6:30AM-3:00PM)
Summary:
Support the company’s computing needs through the maintenance of in-house assets. This includes the installation, configuration, repair, and upgrading of all hardware and equipment.
Essential Duties
Perform a variety of semi-skilled maintenance
Assemble/repair furniture
Conduct routine visual inspections of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing fixtures and identify complex maintenance needs
Inspects facilities and grounds for safety and security and identify hazardous conditions
Perform miscellaneous custodial tasks as needed
Monitors custodial and maintenance supply inventory
Perform seasonal snow removal
Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings
Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
Performs other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing/production/warehouse experience preferred, at least 1 year
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
Ability to work in fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment
Ability to work in hot and cold environments at times
Basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, door hardware, etc.
Ability and willingness to learn
Must be focused, detail oriented, and very thorough
Valid driver’s license
