Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient facility operations. This role requires strong technical leadership and 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Salary and Benefits
Salary:
$95,000 - $105,000/year, depending on experience.

Essential Job Functions
Support and lead maintenance team members while ensuring a safe work environment and full compliance with OSHA standards.
Oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders, approve timesheets, and encourage ongoing growth within the team.
Enhance maintenance processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
Assist with maintenance budget planning and sourcing to maintain availability and control costs.
Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations.
Qualifications
Experience Level:
Mid-Senior level.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelors preferred.
Several years of maintenance experience with strong leadership skills successfully managing a team.
Familiarity with OSHA safety practices, preventative maintenance, and Lean manufacturing concepts.
Solid technical abilities – such as reading schematics and troubleshooting equipment.
Knowledge of maintenance planning or CMMS tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule
Four 10-hour days, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Occasional Fridays as needed.
