Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
to join our dedicated Rehab team! As a COTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing individualized therapy services to promote independence, comfort, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Work collaboratively with a supportive team of therapists and nursing staff
Requirements:
Must have a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in Missouri
Long-term care experience preferred
Proven work experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
