Our beautiful community offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a great rehab team and plenty of activities for our residents. Flexible shifts available for a (COTA) Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Requirements
Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in MO
Long‑term care experience preferred
Proven work experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
