Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a dedicated and flexible Physical Therapist Assistant to join our long‑term care (LTC) & rehab team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide evaluation and treatment services to residents, supporting them in regaining mobility, strength, and functional ability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver effective therapy interventions based on resident goals and progress
Work collaboratively with Physical Therapist Assistants and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety measures
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Missouri
Experience in long‑term care or geriatrics preferred
Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads
