Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a dedicated and flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team! Our rehabilitation team provides high-quality, resident-centered care in a welcoming long-term care setting. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our residents to help them achieve their highest level of independence.
Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver effective therapy interventions based on resident goals and progress
Work collaboratively with PTAs and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety measures
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred
Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads
