We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Nurse Aide
to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a
Nurse Aide , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This is a full-time night shift position with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
Requirements
Must be in the process of obtaining your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri and become an active CNA level.
Experience working in a long-term/senior living setting preferred.
