Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri.
Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field.
Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role.
