Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring their overall health and well-being
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Missouri
Experience as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); willingness to learn and grow with our organization
