Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatment plans
Participate in staff training programs and in‑service education sessions to stay current with best practices and industry standards
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents
Requirements
Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
Experience working in a long‑term care/senior living or related field
Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role
