Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring their overall health and well‑being
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of patient care and progress
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements
Current and good standing licensed practical nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Missouri
Experience as an LPN; willingness to learn and grow with our organization
