We are looking for a skilled and motivated Total Rewards Specialist to own and deliver our total reward offering at our Asker head office. This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our reward programs are accurate, compliant, employee‑focused, and continuously improving—while supporting a company leading the transition to a circular economy.

You will be responsible for the operational delivery of total rewards locally, while working closely with the global Total Rewards team in TOMRA Collection. The role combines hands‑on execution with analytical work and also gives the opportunity to work smarter through digitalization and AI.

Role
As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will ensure that TOMRA Collection’s reward programs work smoothly—every day, for every employee. You will own the operational delivery of compensation and benefits processes end‑to‑end and act as a trusted partner to P&O, managers, Finance and external providers.

Key responsibilities

Execute and administer total reward programs for TOMRA Collection Asker.

Own communication, training, and support related to the annual salary review and bonus processes.

Act as first point of contact for employee requests related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Provide guidance and training on Mercer’s career framework, grading, and benchmarking.

Act as a specialist adviser to managers, Finance, and People & Organisation on reward‑related matters.

Maintain and continuously improve reward data in TOMRA’s HRIS and reward systems.

Provide monthly input to payroll and serve as the main point of contact with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Support governance, reporting, and compliance activities related to total rewards.

What do you bring?
You bring several years of experience with Rewards and Total Compensation and a proven track record in managing comp & ben in a global and complex organization. Additionally, you have:

Knowledge of labor law, tax and reward governance principles.

Familiarity with the EU Pay Transparency Act and awareness of new requirements to adapt these regulations into the company’s practices.

Experience working with job evaluation and benchmarking frameworks (Mercer experience is an advantage).

BSc or MSc within HR, Finance or a related field.

What does TOMRA offer you?

Professional challenges within a growing, market leading global sustainability technology company.

Opportunities for professional development and competence building through participation in relevant training courses and seminars.

5 extra days holiday at Easter or Christmas time or between other public holidays in Norway.

Excellent facilities in Asker, including a gym, free parking, electric chargers and a healthy and varied lunch restaurant.

Hybrid working as an alternative.

Attractive compensation package including insurances, bonus and share scheme.

Applications are continually assessed, so we encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience no later than 10.05.2026.

Please apply by sending your CV, a few words about yourself, and why you are interested in the position and why you want to join TOMRA.
