CNC Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist for a manufacturing company in Farmington, CT.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience setting up and operating CNC Lathe Machines. Candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Experience using precision measuring tools is required. Hours for this position are 7:00am-5:00pm, with overtime given over 40 hours each week. Full benefits offered.
Salary: $63,000 - $80,000 per year.
Shift: First.
Work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM.
Education: No Degree Required.
Responsibilities
Set up and run CNC Lathe Machines
Select and install fixtures, collets, chucks, and cutting tools
Read and interpret blueprints
Use measuring instruments (such as micrometers, calipers) to verify that parts meet dimensional and GD & T requirements
Perform routing maintenance on equipment (checking fluids, pressures, etc.)
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
