Full-Time | Hospital-Based | Competitive Pay | $15,000 Sign on bonus
Schedule: 4 - 10's or 5 - 8's
Mixed Setting: 90% Outpatient - 10% Inpatient Coverage
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Physical Therapist

What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case management, and therapy staff to optimize patient outcomes
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in the electronic medical record
Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
New graduates welcome; mentorship available
