Overview
Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor for a client in Rome City, IN. The Production Supervisor will support day-to-day production assembly operations. Job Duties
Supervising and coordinating daily activities of the assembly team
Assigning work to meet production schedules
Monitoring output and quality
Resolving production issues
Coaching and developing team members
Maintaining a safe and organized work area
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Background Profile
Three or more years of experience in manufacturing or production assembly
Prior supervisory or team lead experience
Knowledge of assembly processes and workflows
Ability to follow assembly instructions and drawings
Strong communication and leadership skills
Supervising mechanical or electromechanical assembly teams
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
Experience with ERP or production tracking systems
