Provide patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, family and patient education, therapeutic exercise, and functional training in a 30‑bed inpatient rehab unit. Work with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and techs, utilizing IPR gym equipment and Meditech Expanse for documentation. Patient ratios are 7:1 and weekend rotation is required. An active Florida Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification are required. Adaptability and independence are valued, especially in a new hospital and unit start‑up.
