Responsibilities
Provide patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, family and patient education, gait training, functional training, and other OT services.
Document care using Meditech (Expanse) documentation system.
Participate in weekend rotation calls and use typical IPR gym equipment (balance and gait systems).
Maintain a patient‑to‑staff ratio of 7:1.
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida (OT‑FL).
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, particularly start‑up units.
Certification: BLS‑AHA.
Valid SSN and date of birth.
No more than 90 days gap in work history over the last year.
Job Details
Duration: 6 weeks (option to extend to 13 weeks).
Hours: 8‑hour day shifts, 40 hours per week.
Pay rate: $2,239.00 – $2,307.00 per week.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
No RTO, special scheduling, early cancellations, or attendance concerns.
Shift: 8 D (days).
