What You Bring
Deep understanding of TREC contracts
Experience coordinating closings from contract to funding
Ability to manage and direct a make‑ready crew
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
A calm, organized approach to a high‑volume workflow
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations across property management and transactions
Coordinate closings and ensure contract accuracy
Oversee make‑ready processes and vendor performance
Maintain communication with owners, tenants, and partners
Support leasing, listings, and administrative systems
Compensation
Commission:
Closing commissions + leasing bonuses
