Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain comprehensive administrative records related to logistics and project activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of resources and shipments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
Manage communications and document flow between departments, suppliers, and service providers to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.
Support the development of logistics plans by compiling data, monitoring progress, and reporting on key milestones and potential risks.
Prepare and process necessary documentation including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory controls within integrated logistics frameworks.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative procedures and the overall logistics service delivery.
Requirements:
Relevant administrative or logistics experience in a project or manufacturing environment, preferably within shipbuilding or marine industries.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple logistics activities effectively.
Good communication skills, enabling effective liaison across various teams and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
Proficient with standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
5 days work week
Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
