ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Track Grade Level Data (Grades, Attendance, Graduation Progress, 21st Century Scholars, Grad Pathways, Academic and Technical Honors Diploma, Intervention Data, etc.)
Create Monthly Grade Level Newsletter
Lead Weekly Grade Level Team meeting
Monitor Safety and Security Measures for WCHS
Cafeteria and Hallway Supervision
Conduct Certified and Classified staff evaluations
Coordinate Student / Staff Handbooks
Public Agency Representative (PAR) for Grade Level IEP and 504 Meetings
Conduct/Assist with Random Drug Testing Program
Non-Athletic ECA Coordinator or School Safety Coordinator
Other Duties as Assigned by Principal
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Education Administration preferred
Education Administration License, working on administrative license, or interested in administration
Excellent organization and communication skills
