Manage and optimize the provider’s daily schedule using industry-specific scheduling systems
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
Greet patients upon arrival and facilitate a positive first impression
Coordinate referral communications with external offices
Schedule new and existing patient appointments efficiently
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth office operations
Ensure the provider schedule is consistently full and well-organized
Preferred Qualifications
Some experience in customer service preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
