Location: Jonesboro, AR
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 6 am – 4:30 pm
Here’s The Gig
Weekly paychecks, on time every time.

What Gets You Hired
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year welding experience.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs continuously.
Steel‑toe shoes, a resume, and a successful interview.
Clean background check, drug screen, and weld test.
Strong communication skills and a professional, safety‑first attitude.
A Shift in Action
Perform MIG/TIG welding on steel components in vertical and downward positions at a fast pace.
Clamp, tack, grind, and assemble parts to meet production requirements.
Inspect and adjust work to maintain top quality standards.
Keep equipment and work area clean, safe, and in good working order.
