Job Description
Parsons is looking for an HR professional (HR) to join the Career Accelerator Program.

What You'll Be Doing

Complete one 12‑month rotation (1 year) in the Business Partner/Talent Leader role, supporting a client group.

Complete two 6‑month rotations (1 year) in a Center of Excellence (COE) and/or HR Central.

Complete a rigorous training curriculum and development plan focused on self‑identifying and closing skillset gaps.

Support or lead project efforts that have business or function level impact.

Leverage data and analytics to identify operational improvement opportunities.

Provide guidance and input on a variety of business and functional initiatives.

Execute critical practices/processes with the ability to explain the impact and why.

Manage and resolve complex employee relations concerns; may recommend or provide leadership coaching.

Take a proactive approach to enhance HR’s effectiveness, enterprise‑wide.

Stay abreast of current human resources trends to include regulatory changes.

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

On‑Site or Hybrid near any Parsons Location is required. VA/DC preferred.

Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (preferred), Business, or a related field may be considered.

Desired Skills

1+ years experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Internship experience preferred.

Master's Degree preferred.

Salary Range
$63,600.00 - $111,300.00
