Wage
$29 per hour and up, depending on experience
Responsibilities
Installation, finishing, and sanding of drywall to prepare for painting
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter’s hand and power tools
Paint prep, cutting, and rolling of new and existing structures
Demolition / Breakdown of existing structures (drywall, studs, flooring, electric, plumbing, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to accurately comply with the instructions and requests provided by the Project Foreman
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to follow the corporate established safety rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Compliance with the company policies and procedures
Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing more than 50 pounds
Ability to push and/or pull non-motorized equipment weighing over 50 pounds
Ability to climb – ascending or descending ladders, scaffolding, or ramps.
Must be comfortable working with heights
Capable of stooping and bending
Capable of reaching and grasping objects
Capable of manipulating and operating power tools or machinery
Capable of walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values)
Preferred Requirements
Prior carpentry experience professionally or from schooling
3+ years of commercial construction experience
