*What You’ll Do*
* Manage a full caseload of family law litigation matters from start to finish
* Represent clients in contested hearings, depositions, and trials
* Develop case strategy, conduct discovery, and negotiate when appropriate
* Work directly with the owner in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Contribute to client experience, case outcomes, and overall firm performance

*Key Qualifications*
* 7–12 years of civil litigation experience (family law preferred)
* Proven ability to independently handle hearings and trials
* Licensed to practice in Ohio

* Comfortable managing a full caseload with support staff

* Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
* Performance-based bonus structure tied to:
