Overview
Our team of Seasonal Maintenance Technicians work together to prepare apartments for new resident move ins. Have fun and love what you do as a member of our summer crew!

This position offers a great schedule with No Nights and No Weekends. Seasonal opportunities will begin in May and run through Mid-August.

Job Details
As a Seasonal Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance repairs needed to complete an apartment turnover.

Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to)

Perform delegated maintenance repairs on any property turnovers as assigned by supervisor

Complete apartment turnover work from company checklist and manager's checkout, following up on any property turnovers completed by other technicians

Maintain company tools and equipment in good condition

Work on a variety of summer projects to include painting and light construction items

Summer Seasonal Turnover Maintenance Technician will complete and follow‑up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties and maintenance processes. The technician will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. EOE

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Position is seasonal, beginning in May through mid‑August.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds with the ability to work on a team

A valid driver’s license is a must
