Body Shop Manager
Responsible for managing the body shop operations at Premier Truck Group.
Body Shop Manager Responsibilities
Direct and schedule the work of all body shop employees.
Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the body shop.
Implement an aggressive marketing plan to increase body shop business.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters to encourage repeat and referral business.
Prepare final billing for completed repair orders.
Attend company meetings, pertinent training as requested and as needed.
Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
Other duties as assigned.
Body Shop Manager Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses or Certificates: Valid driver's license required; CDL and DOT medical card mandatory if vehicle is to be driven off dealership premises.
