Financial Analyst Sr
Location: Greenville SC
What You Will Be Doing
The Financial Analyst Sr role supports multiple programs by providing comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting across key business metrics including orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow. The position plays a critical role in driving financial performance by delivering accurate forecasts, monitoring cost and schedule performance, and supporting long‑range financial planning. The analyst partners closely with program management and cross‑functional teams to provide insights that inform strategic decisions, ensure financial compliance, and support overall program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed analysis and forecasting of orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow across multiple contracts
Track, analyze, and forecast program costs to ensure alignment with budgets and financial targets
Support long‑range planning (LRP) activities, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
Prepare and present quarterly financial reviews, providing insights into program performance, risks, and opportunities
Respond to ad hoc requests for financial analysis and reporting from leadership and stakeholders
Partner with program management and cross‑functional teams to support financial decision‑making and execution
Monitor financial performance against key metrics and identify variances, recommending corrective actions as needed
Support contract closeout activities, including reconciliations and final financial reporting
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and controls
Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years experience
Experience involving business, finance, accounting, or sales (including co‑ops or intern experience)
MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
Desired Skills
Current security clearance strongly preferred
ERP system experience
Government contracting experience
Data automation & analysis skills
Presentation and communication skills
Forecasting and analysis skills
Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. The required clearance level is Secret.
