As a Maintenance Technician at Valmet, you are building strong relationships within the facility. You will be maintaining and repairing production equipment including sand mold making machines, induction furnaces, grinders, and CNC machines. This position will interact with other team members, managers, and personnel to help ensure machine uptime.
Expectations
To excel in the role, you should have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. You have initiative and a desire to work in a team environment to maintain equipment and make improvements. You should be proficient with basic MS Office software and use of a CMMS (PLC programming experience is a plus).
