Turner Industries is hiring a Scheduler for the Denver, CO area.
Essential Qualifications
Technical training and/or industrial related safety experience
Post-offer drug/alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
Functional Requirements
Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures; review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate; prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work; coordinate total estimating effort relevant to a particular bid/project as assigned; maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimates figures; interface with owner, A/E, and other contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility; follow awarded contracts as assigned - may include estimating extra work items, change orders, credits; procuring material, etc.; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement
