Patient-Centered Medical Home Coordinator

UNM HOSPITALS in Albuquerque is seeking a team member to handle patient outreach and clerical duties in support of the Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma/GED and be able to manage various clerical tasks, maintain patient billing, and support providers. Bilingual candidates are preferred. This is a full-time position requiring adherence to all relevant health protocols, with a pay range of $16.99 to $24.79 per hour.
