Production - Foaming Operator | 2nd Shift

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production Technician for a 2nd shift, temp‑to‑hire role requiring previous manufacturing experience. You will use industrial sprayers and hand tools to layer materials onto car and train seats, which involves standing for the entire shift and performing repetitive manual tasks. Salary: $16.9 - $17 per hour | Shift: Second | Work hours: 2:20 PM - 10:50 PM | Education: High School
Responsibilities
Material Application:
Utilize industrial sprayers and hand tools to apply layers of materials onto product according to specific quality standards.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate and maintain industrial spraying equipment and various manual hand tools.
Quality Control:
Perform repetitive manual tasks with high attention to detail to ensure uniform coating and product integrity.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection.
Production Workflow:
Maintain a steady pace to meet daily production quotas while working a dedicated 2nd‑shift schedule.
Workspace Maintenance:
Keep the workstation clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions

working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
