Job Summary
Processes Accounts Payable invoices, balances daily work, and coordinates with the Purchasing and Receiving Departments on problems that delay payment of invoices.
Job Location
Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE – one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. Around 600 employees work in the Columbus area, making us a leading employer locally.
What You Will Be Doing
Process routine Accounts Payable invoices.
Identify problems in the Receiving Department that impact invoice payment.
Answer vendor payment questions.
Balance daily work on the automated accounting system.
What You Will Bring Along
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Up to one year of experience.
Basic knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet software.
Understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable functions.
Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for interdepartmental and vendor interactions.
