UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential Direct Care Professionals (Direct Care Provider) for the following Shift.

Schedule
OLIVETTE
SUNDAY 7AM-3PM
WEDNESDAY 8PM-9AM
21 Hours Weekly (O/F)
Responsibilities
Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate activities.
Follow medical orders and administer medications.
Provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to support entertainment and community outings.
Qualifications
High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
Clean driving record and successfully completes and maintains assigned driver’s training.
A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with all agency clients and personnel.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
5-7 days of mandatory training at our corporate office, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM.
