Responsibilities
Assisting tenants with questions/concerns
Supporting tenants through move-in and move-out processes
Gathering data through internal property management system
Inputting CAM information and lease terms
Preparing financial reporting and variance reporting monthly
Creating budgets
Maintaining relationships with vendors
Providing ownership reporting and specialty financial reporting
Assisting in preparing and explaining CAM's for tenants
Managing compliance for certificates of insurance and business licensure
Following up with tenants on work order needs
Scheduling preventative maintenance
Inputting A/R and coding invoicesWorking with team to curate and execute events
Special Skills
Strong attention to detail
Well organized
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Must Have
2+ years of commercial property management experience
BA or BS Required
Experience with Class A Office ideal
