Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work.
Responsibilities
Survey residential and commercial properties, including taking photos of the property and obtaining property details and overall conditions.
Provide timely reports and submit them online through the PC/Desktop platform, including all required attachments.
Requirements
Reliable car for traveling to inspection sites.
Microsoft Windows 10 or newer operating system on a computer.
Smartphone or digital camera for capturing photos.
Reliable home internet connection.
Basic computer and communication skills.
