Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveyors!
Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work.
Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner, and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop and include attachments.
Responsibilities
Take photos of the surveyed properties.
Obtain property details and overall conditions.
Provide timely reports.
Submit reports online via PC/Desktop, including attachments.
Qualifications and Equipment
Reliable car to drive to inspections.
Computer running Windows 10 or newer.
Smartphone or digital camera.
Reliable home internet.
Basic computer and communication skills.
Coverage Area
