Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys
Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full time or part time work.
Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner, and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop, including attachments.
Responsibilities:
Survey residential and commercial properties.
Take photographs of the property.
Collect property details and assess overall condition.
Provide timely reports online.
Submit reports through PC/Desktop with attachments.
Equipment & Basics Skills Needed:
Reliable car to drive to inspections.
Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer.
Smartphone or digital camera.
Reliable home internet.
Basic computer and communication skills.
Coverage Area:
Salem, OR
