Overview
Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys. Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.
Responsibilities
Perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.
Take photos, collect property details and assess overall condition.
Prepare and submit survey reports online with required attachments in a timely manner.
What is needed to perform duties
Reliable car to drive to inspections.
Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer.
Smartphone or digital camera.
Reliable home internet.
Basic computer and communication skills.
