Overview
Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work. Contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.
Responsibilities
Survey residential and commercial properties for insurance purposes.
Take photos of the property and document details and overall condition.
Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner, including attachments, via the designated online portal.
Qualifications
Reliable car to drive to inspections.
Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer.
Smartphone or digital camera and reliable home internet.
Basic computer and communication skills.
