Job Description
Join our team as a Box Handling Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift (Lumper), where you’ll work in pairs to unload boxes by hand, palletize product by SKU, and keep your workspace clean and safe. Trailer volume ranges from
160 to 5,000 boxes , and most trailers take
2–3 hours
to unload—heavier loads may take
3–4 hours . This is a physically intense, fast‑moving role where efficiency matters.
Compensation & Performance
Paid per trailer — payout varies by box count
Earn more by working efficiently and maintaining strong pace
Key Responsibilities
Unload boxes and sort accurately by SKU
Build, stage, and wrap pallets safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area
Assist with inventory counts and SKU verification
Work closely with your partner and supervisors to complete trailers on time
Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies immediately
Requirements
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Reliable and consistent attendance
Safety‑compliant footwear (steel toe or composite toe)
Ability to lift
50–150 lbs
unassisted
Ability to stand, bend, squat, and stoop throughout the shift
