Role Overview
Seeking a hands‑on Facilities Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination in a commercial/lab environment. This role requires strong technical skills and ownership of issues from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Perform facility maintenance & MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) troubleshooting
Monitor building systems (BMS/BAS) and respond to alarms
Coordinate vendors and oversee repairs/maintenance
Manage work orders, inspections, and campus upkeep
Support lab operations and participate in on‑call rotation
Must-Have
5–7+ years of
commercial/industrial facilities maintenance
( no residential )
Hands‑on experience with tools and repairs
Experience with MEP systems and troubleshooting
Nice to Have
Lab or biotech environment experience
BMS/CMMS system knowledge
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
Comfortable with on‑call and off‑hours support
