Position Snapshot
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you ensure accuracy, quality, and flow of materials powering FlackTek’s manufacturing operations. Your role leads to on‑time production, product quality, and customer delivery performance through disciplined inventory control and material handling standards.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
Primary Outcomes
Inventory Accuracy Rate: 98%
100% On‑Time Material Availability for scheduled production orders
Receiving & Inspection Error Rate
Cycle Count Completion Rate: 100% within scheduled intervals
Core Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials to quality standards.
Maintain accurate inventory through organization, cycle counts, and system updates.
Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and outgoing shipment.
Coordinate material flow with shipping, receiving, and production teams.
Document and promptly escalates quality or material issues.
Support inventory accuracy within the MRP system.
Uphold FlackTek fundamentals, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or quality‑related experience.
Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and packing slips.
Working knowledge of inventory control processes.
Experience performing cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
Accurate data entry and record‑keeping skills.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industry.
Experience using MRP or inventory management software.
Experience conducting inventory audits.
Proficiency using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse tracking systems.

Hourly rate: $21.00 – $26.00, adjusted based on qualifications.
