The Position(s)
Location: Edina (55424)
Hours: Full Time Days & Overnights
Days: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 12-hour shifts
Days: Every other Saturday 12-hour shift
Overnights: Sunday through Saturday 12-hour shift
Client Specifics: 14-year-old with a g-tube
Location: Edina (55436)
Hours:
Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shifts
Days: Every other Thursday 12-hour shifts
Client Specifics: 6-year-old with trachs, vent, and gj-tube
Location: Edina (55436)
Hours:
Days Sunday 6-hour shift
Evenings Tuesday
Days Every other Saturday 6-hour shift
Days Every other Saturday 12-hour shift
Client Specifics: 28-year-old with vent and g-tube
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus
for Full Time Nights
Night & Weekend Bonus Structure
You choose the shift. We add the boost.
Weeknight Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

We provide one-on-one care to kids with medical complexities, helping them live their best lives at home, at school, and in their communities. We work with patients who may have trach, ventilator support, or g-tubes.
Training & Support
Join our team and receive specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care. No experience is required to get started. We offer 24/7 support from a dedicated team, so you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but heart and a willingness to learn are what we value in our warm and welcoming crew.

Salary Range
The base ranges for this role are
$25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN
and
$35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
