RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care , helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. If you’re looking for a meaningful nursing job with flexibility, support, and impact — this is your season.
THE POSITION
Multiple Cases:
Case 1:
Location: St. Paul, MN (55109)
Client Specifics: 5 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube (Dog friendly home)
Hours:
Days: Monday 10-hour shifts, Saturday 9-hour shifts
Overnights: Wednesday & Saturday 12-hour shifts
Day Nurse would attend school with client.
Case 2:
Location: St. Paul, MN (55109)
Hours: Part Time Days
Days: Saturday & Sunday 10-hour shifts
Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and gj-tube
Case 3:
Location: St. Paul, MN (55119)
Hours: Full Time Days & Overnights
Days: Wednesday through Sunday 10 hour shifts.
Overnights: Sunday through Saturday 10 hour shifts.
Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and g-tube (RN ONLY)
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights
Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.
Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

Salary Range
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is
$25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN
and
$35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
