Description
The Golf Course Equipment Operator will assist with all aspects of the Green & Grounds program, operating maintenance equipment while maintaining safety and proficiency. They will tend to the G&G facility as needed to provide the best experience for our membership and staff.
Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of the Green & Grounds program and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in Greens & Grounds environments is a plus.
Willingness to work outside in inclement weather conditions.
Must be able to operate all gas‑powered maintenance equipment with safety first.
Good attendance history.
Works as a team and demonstrates a professional work ethic.
Follows directions and works with others to meet HCC maintenance standards.
Uses tools such as edgers, rotary mowers, hand blowers, weed trimmers, and fly mowers.
Can lift up to 50 pounds.
Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization within the facility.
Communicates with all Managers, including mechanics.
Respects others and works the schedule posted by Managers.
Is personable, self‑motivated, and positive.
Is professional, friendly, and customer‑service oriented.
Is punctual and reliable.
