As an PDL Technician you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Working on‑site and in person, operating equipment in a GMP environment: extrusion, coating, rotary converting, slitting, mixing, drying/curing, and filling
Contributing to a cross‑functional team of medical device product and process developers to establish baseline operations for scale‑up in manufacturing sites
Participating in facility and equipment maintenance, calibration, and cleaning to assist in maintaining ISO 13485 certification
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university **AND** two years of combined experience in manufacturing or laboratory work in a medical device manufacturing company in a private, public, government or military environment
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution **AND** six years of manufacturing or laboratory experience in a medical device manufacturing company in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
Medical device manufacturing experience
Experience with ISO 13485 compliance
Operating within an Environmental Controlled Room (ECR)
Work Location

Compensation & Benefits
Applicable to US applicants only: The expected compensation range for this position is $64,800 – $89,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. This position may also be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental & vision, health savings accounts, dependent care flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences and retirement benefits.
