CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN THE DFW AREA. THE POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO BE IN OFFICE 2 DAYS A WEEK.
Description
The Service Desk Analyst has a wide array of tasks surrounding inbound contacts via phone calls, emails, and chats.
This role supports end users at majority locations based in the USA. Calls vary from quick password resets requiring minimal effort to mid‑level troubleshooting, triage, or resolution of issues.
Experience
1‑2 years of helpdesk / call center experience
1‑2 years of experience working with help desk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Experience supporting work‑from‑home end‑users
Experience working remotely as part of a team
Skills
Ability to troubleshoot common Windows related issues
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Working knowledge of Domain hierarchy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Proficiency with remote meeting software: Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to learn and troubleshoot custom applications
Non‑Technical Requirements
Great people skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of end users, including those with little or no technical skills
Active listening skills to understand user needs and perspectives
A sense of urgency in supporting users to return them to productive work
Hardware
The candidate will work remotely. The client will provide a company laptop. The candidate must provide:
A secure, quiet location to work
A personal high‑speed internet connection (no hot spot or public internet usage)
A cell phone with good reception
Speakers/mic for quality audio during conversations; a USB headset will also be provided

Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $16.25 – $18.00 per hour.
