Overview
Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an opportunity for a Yard Coordinator. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team of established professionals.
Position Summary
We are looking for a hard-working individual who can complete all physical tasks while delivering customer satisfaction. The Yard Coordinator must communicate issues or questions to management and peers. This role includes preparing and ensuring the quality of equipment for customers and may require overtime and occasional weekend call-ins.
Responsibilities
Fill out accurate shipping and receiving paperwork and follow all procedures listed in the shipping and receiving handbook.
Prepare equipment to customer specifications before shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized yard environment.
Able to work productively in an industrial environment with challenging work conditions.
Able to perform minor maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
Good motor coordination; coordination of eyes, hands, and feet
Verbal and numerical intelligence
Ability to work in workplace environmental conditions including exposure to noise, heat, cold, injuries, and atmospheric hazards
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Effective customer skills
Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company
