Job Description
As a
Tipi Glamping Coordinator , you will help create a unique and memorable outdoor lodging experience for guests staying in our luxury tipi accommodations. This role combines guest service with hands‑on outdoor setup and coordination to ensure each glamping stay is comfortable, organized, and unforgettable.

Responsibilities
Coordinate guest arrivals and departures for the tipi glamping experience.
Prepare and set up tipis and glamping areas prior to guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Provide guests with an overview of the glamping experience, amenities, and resort activities.
Assist guests with questions, requests, and recommendations during their stay.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and activities teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Monitor the glamping area to ensure supplies, equipment, and amenities are stocked and maintained.
Assist with inventory and organization of glamping supplies and equipment.
Ensure all areas meet safety and presentation standards.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable outdoor experiences for guests.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with general office systems are a plus.
